A Russian telecommunications equipment firm is in talks with China’s technology companies #Huawei and #Lenovo on licensing for the technology of manufacturing data storage units necessary for the implementation of Russia’s new anti-terror law, Russian newspaper Kommersant reported Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the situation.
